Camera memory card - deleted dcim folder with antivirus

Just bought a usb sd card reader, inseted my memory card for the first time and antivirus picked it us as a virus. i accidently hit delete and now the dcim folder is gone. when i view the propertys it shows 912mb still on the disk, so i think the photos are not deleted. can you help me recover the photos.
